Nicola is currently working with the six regional colleges and retail employers to commence a Retail Foundation Degree pilot programme. A new start date has been agreed for January 2010, and she is working with the University of Ulster to validate this programme. A maximum of 20 Trainee Retail Managers will be joining the programme in January. More news to follow.
