Unit L8: Manage the Contribution of Other People to the Learning
Process
Unit L9: Create a Climate that Promotes Learning
Unit L17: Evaluate and Improve Learning and Development Programmes
Unit G2: Contribute to the Development of Learning within the
Organisation
Unit G3: Evaluate and Develop Own Practice

Either

Unit L2: Identify the Learning and Development Needs of the
Organisation

Or

Unit L3: Identify Individual Learning Aims and Programmes


You must achieve 4 units from the following optional units:

Unit L13: Enable Group Learning
Unit L14: Support Learners by Mentoring in the Workplace
Unit L15: Support and Advise Individual Learners
