Retail Skills Level 1
|
To achieve this qualification, candidates must achieve 5 units made up of:
1 mandatory unit and 4 optional units
You must achieve the following Mandatory Unit
Unit E.3: Work effectively in your retail team You must achieve a further four units. At least three of these must be chosen from the following units at level 1:
Stock Management: Unit B.1: Move goods and materials manually in a retail environment Unit B.8: Process donated goods for resale or recycling in a retail environment
Product Expertise: Unit B.20: Contribute to food safety in a retail environment
Merchandising: Unit B.2: Keep stock at required safety in a retail environment
Customer Service: Unit C.1: Wrap and pack goods for customers in a retail environment
Organisational Effectiveness Unit E.1: Help to keep the retail unit secure Unit E.2: Help to maintain health & safety in a retail environment Unit E.4: Keep the retail environment clean & hygenic (non-food)
A maximum of one unit can be chosen from Level 2 (with the exception of Unit E.19).
